Delivery Information

Here at Rapid mounts we aim deliver a fast service from the time you make your order through to delivery. We Dispatch all our items using a standard courier service provider. We aim to process and send all items within 5-7 days of recieving the order - although for very complicated or large orders this may increase slightly particularly during busy periods. Most standard orders shoud be dispatched within 1-3 days.

Our postage is caculated on the weight of your total order with us. This is automatically determined during the checkout process and is clearly dispalyed. As a rough guide most orders under 5kg in weight will not exceed £6.95 postage and in most cases it will be less than this. Small orders under 300g will not exceed £3. Very large orders sent by alternative courier should not exceed £15 for your total order.

We also offer the option to pick up your items in store during opening hours, Please ring us to confirm your order is ready before you arrive. Workshop opening hours are between 9.00am to 3.00pm monday to saturday except for during holiday periods. Please see out contact page for more information.

In Store pickup = Free

These are our standard delivery option but we may subsitute for an alternatve courier in certain circumstances.

Standard Courier Delivery. From £2 for each order.

up to 5kg = £6.95. (inlcuding weight of packaging) 

Next day delivery available on request.

Special Delivery. If you require special delivery please contact us 0117 957 3455 to arrange.

If no one is home when your item(s) are delivered the delevery may be re-sheduled or the items may be left with a local neighbour for collection. If after failed delevery the goods are returned to us we will contact you to discuss a reshedule - this may incur an additional cost.

We cannot be held responsible for damage or delays that occur during transit by the courier. If you order arrives damaged from the courier please state with the courier that the item(s) were damaged on arrival for signed for delieveries.


Due to the fact most items we sell are made to order we are unable to except returns unless they are defective or damaged. Please check carefully when you receive the order and contact us within 5 days if you have any issues. We will need evidence that your items are damaged so please send any photographs to with your name order number and contact information (inc phone number).

You can return stock items within 7 days of receipt of goods undamaged and in original packaging and will be happy to refund you. The return postage will be met by the customer.

In the unlikely event that your order(s) cannot be fulfilled we will refund your debit / credit card for  the full amount received.  We will not be able to refund for any delayed or lost orders. If you have not received your order within 14 days of dispatch please contact us.

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage before returning items to us and ensure that all items are packaged securly in the original packaging where possible. All refunds made with cards can take 7 working days process and appear on your statement.
